Age Verification
It's illegal to sell crossbows, bb guns, knives, swords and the accessories to anyone below the age of 18.
To avoid this we carry out standard age checks on all new customers before we can process and dispatch your order.
Some of the steps that we take are:
1. We check the public version of the electoral roll, also known as the open register,
2. We will contact you via e-mail asking for proof of age. To speed the process up you can send this information preemptively.
- You will need to provide us with a scan or photo of your official ID; FULL drivers licence or passport, it must be active.

We only communicate by email, so don't use the other methods for questions.
Please only send the ID once.
Do not send selfies, they are not proof of age and can be of anyone.
Please don't send the ID of another person.
Once you have sent your proof of age, we will usually check it over within 48 hours, and once complete we will send you an email saying "age verified".

Typographical errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
Payment methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express Visa / Visa Electron, MasterCard and Switch / Maestro. When ordering you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take up to 10 days.
Availability of goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Returned goods
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked. The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order after making it or do not send proof of age and we have to refund you, the refund amount will be minus the selling fee's, as PayPal and Stripe do not refund the selling fee's anymore.
